If any items are missing from your package, please contact our team within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll resolve the issue by either replacing the item or issuing a refund.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging.
Personalized or custom-made products are non-returnable unless defective.
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, Saffron-lux will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the return and will be issued to the original payment method.

No restocking fees are charged for any returns.
